Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to drive year-round growth and operational excellence. You will work with the Store Manager to forecast, plan, and execute initiatives that optimize performance and customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will supervise Captains and develop the broader team, ensuring staffing, payroll, and scheduling stay within budget while maintaining safe, compliant store operations and exceptional athlete service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in retail management or customer-focused roles.
• Experience in store operations, supervision, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans.
• Directly supervise Captains ( Supervisors ) and coach broader team.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, staffing plans, and budget alignment.
• Uphold safety, policies, and customer service standards across the store.
