Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual business growth plans and forecasting.
• Directly manages a team of Captains and guides broader store staff through coaching and development.
• Upholds merchandising standards and ensures compliant execution of floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Leads training initiatives, ensures teammates are trained and equipped to deliver elevated athlete experiences.
• Manages staffing plans with the Store Manager and oversees payroll and scheduling to meet budget goals.
• Oversees hiring decisions for Captains/Supervisors and accountable for hourly hiring decisions per Captain recommendations.
