Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Madison, AL to help lead store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a shift lead role in food service or retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with hiring, developing, and leading store team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Utilize P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling/inventory.
• Support local store marketing plans and community outreach.
