Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the GM in leading the team toward an exceptional Guest Experience while upholding brand standards and core values. The AGM participates in all store operations to ensure smooth daily performance.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, utilizing operational tools, supporting local marketing, and driving KPI-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use daily operations tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist in developing local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the GM to deliver quality smoothies and healthy products and review KPIs for improvements.
• Manage cash activities for the store and deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance in-store at all times by all team members.
