Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading the store to deliver an exceptional Guest Experience while upholding brand standards. You will be involved in hiring, training, inventory management using tools like Crunchtime Net Chef, and executing local marketing initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use systems like Cash & Deposit Log and Crunchtime Net Chef for inventory management and ordering.
• Help develop local store marketing plans and participate in community outreach and events.
• Collaborate to deliver quality smoothies and health products while monitoring KPIs and addressing issues.
• Manage cash activities and daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all team members.
• Champion the company culture, mission, and values.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment upkeep and inspections.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Communicate marketing strategies and promotions to the team for proper execution.
