Job summary

Smoothie King seeks an Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional Guest Experience while upholding brand standards. Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience.
• Use operational tools such as P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling to achieve excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans and support brand initiatives, including events.
• Collaborate with the GM to deliver quality smoothies and healthy products and review KPIs for improvements.
• Manage cash activities for the store, including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and staff adherence.
