Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ shift lead experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• Strong communication with customers, team, and community.
• Availability to work various hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use tools such as P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory systems to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver the best smoothies and healthy products, review KPIs, and address issues.
• Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and train team members accordingly.
• Champion and embody the company culture, mission, and values.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment upkeep and facility updates.
• Drive programs through action planning and motivate teams to meet standards.
• Communicate in-store marketing strategies to the team to drive results.
