Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dothan, AL to support the GM in delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards. You will work across store operations, assist with hiring and development, and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

The role emphasizes leading teams, executing promotions, and sustaining cleanliness and efficiency to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or retail customer service.
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill the mission.
Collaborate with GM to deliver top smoothies and health products and monitor KPIs for improvements.
Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
Ensure food safety compliance in-store at all times by all team members.
Champion and embody Smoothie King culture, mission, and values.
Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment/facility upkeep.
Drive company programs through action planning and team motivation to meet standards.
Communicate marketing strategies and promotions to the team for proper execution.
