Job summary

Smoothie King seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional Guest Experience while upholding brand standards. You will oversee store operations, ensure food safety, manage cash, and guide a team to achieve KPIs.

The AGM will help drive marketing initiatives, community outreach, and maintain a clean, compliant environment, collaborating closely with the GM to inspire health-conscious living in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail/customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver a great guest experience and fulfill the brand mission.
• Use operational tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central) to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist in developing local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Collaborate with GM to ensure best smoothies and products while monitoring KPIs and addressing issues.
