Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to ensure store operations run smoothly and targets are met. You will drive daily routines, train staff on brand standards, and maintain high levels of customer service in a high-volume environment.

You will lead by example, manage back-of-house processes, and contribute to store growth and brand success. This role offers opportunities to grow within SKIMS while delivering top-notch experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and shipment handling.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment handling and inventory accuracy.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory-related responsibilities.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology; report service requests promptly.
• Train the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention; lead calmly under pressure.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
