SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations in an energetic retail environment. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure smooth daily operations, drive performance, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced setting, coach the team on product knowledge and policies, and contribute to store initiatives that support company growth and brand positioning.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and real-time problem solving with leadership.
