SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations for our 5th Avenue Flagship. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure the store runs smoothly, drive results through operational routines, and coach the team on brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail leadership or operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and fast-paced retail processes.

• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on operational excellence and standards.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, shipments, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and real-time issue resolution.
• Lead loss prevention, safety, and training across the team.
• Coach on fit, function, and product knowledge to ensure service excellence.
