SKIMS Costa Mesa is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations to partner with the Store Leader and run daily operations, inventory, and guest service at a high level.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, coaching the team on brand standards, executing floor sets, and driving performance through data and exceptional service. This role offers growth opportunities within SKIMS and a culture of accountability.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; flag concerns to leadership.
• Own damage processing, returns, and ensure accuracy in inventory-related tasks.
• Maintain and manage store supplies, equipment, and technology; report service requests promptly.
