SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to keep the store operationally sound and drive business results. You will coach the team on brand standards, lead by example in a high-volume environment, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining polish across the day.

In this role, you will have opportunities to grow leadership skills and contribute to the store's success, with a focus on efficiency, inventory excellence, and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations focusing on Operational Excellence and ensure processes are executed efficiently.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and real-time solutions with leadership.
