Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to drive store performance, develop a high-impact team, and deliver elevated customer experiences. You will coach in real time, lead operations, and ensure the store reflects SKIMS' brand standards with energy and polish.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage P&L and inventory, and collaborate with HQ on strategic initiatives. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment will excel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and driving performance.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
