Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee store processes and maintain our selling culture, ensuring opening, closing, and daily tasks meet company standards.

The OL will manage front-end operations, coordinate staffing with the Operations Manager, train teammates, and safeguard safety, assets, and guest experiences.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required as we strive to drive sales and ensure profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to meet store goals and guest engagement.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss-prevention measures to protect assets.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to drive productivity and engagement.
• Communicate and train team members to sustain a smart, safe, and fun work environment.
• Handle freight processes and stock maintenance, keeping the store neat and organized.
• Other duties as needed by business needs.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
