Job summary

The role requires lifting, stocking, and moving merchandise, with a focus on inventory control, customer experience, and team development. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Demonstrates ethical conduct and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing, Front-End processes, and housekeeping to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet labor model standards and customer experience goals.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet sales and guest engagement targets.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep the store profitable.
• Drive productivity through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Communicate and train topics that support the customer experience.
• Handle freight processes and stock, including down stocking and end-cap maintenance.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
