Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead (FT) to support store processes and an active selling culture by ensuring standards are met to drive sales. The OL handles opening/closing, training, and delegation while promoting ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

The role involves lifting and moving products in a warehouse-format store with an emphasis on customer experience. The position requires leadership, adaptability, and reliability, with open availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and move heavy merchandise.
• Capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations and Front-End processes.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Train, coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate updates to the team.
• Handle freight processing and maintain neat shelves and end caps.
• Perform other duties as needed and available.
