Job summary

At Home is seeking a PT Operations Lead to support store processes, open/close duties, and sustain a high-energy selling culture while maintaining safety and company standards.

You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate staffing with the Operations Manager, train teammates, manage freight and stock, and ensure customer experience is strong. Open availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move merchandise safely.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures with accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and delegate tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and shrink prevention.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Communicate with team via daily huddles to improve customer experience.
• Handle freight processes and stocking duties.
• Open availability for nights and weekends.
