Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and front-end processes with attention to accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales goals.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to achieve store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluation to drive productivity.
• Communicate and train via daily interactions and team huddles.
