Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with operational readiness and troubleshooting, team management, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing for traffic, sales, and customer experience, including compliance with timekeeping, labor standards, and metrics.
• Plan daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals, guest engagement, etc.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience to keep the store operating profitably.
• Drive productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
• Lead daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and train topics supporting the customer experience.
• Participate in freight processes for inbound freight and transitions; process freight and stocks, including down stocking and end cap maintenance.
• All other duties as required by business needs.
• Nights and weekends required.
