Job summary

At Home is seeking an Operations Lead to manage store processes, open/close procedures, and support a high-energy selling culture. You will lead task delegation, train team members, and ensure safety and compliance across daily operations.

The role focuses on staffing coordination, customer experience, and profitability through efficient operations, loss prevention, and accurate merchandising. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to oversee store opening/closing and front-end processes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and task delegation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store opening, closing, and Front-End operations to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly workload to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, shrink reduction, and loss prevention efforts.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluation to drive productivity.
• Use daily huddles to communicate goals and improve the customer experience.
• Manage freight flow, stocking, and end-cap maintenance to keep the store neat.
• Work nights and weekends as required.
