Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Reliable, trustworthy and ethical mode of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and front‑end processes, ensuring operational readiness and housekeeping.
• Coordinate staffing to maximize traffic, sales, and customer experience while complying with policies.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workload to meet store and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Lead training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and performance appraisal of team members.
• Use daily interactions and team huddles to reinforce customer experience training.
• Handle freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including stocking and shelf maintenance.
• Perform other duties as needed by business requirements.
• Maintain open availability, including nights and weekends.
