Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, loss prevention and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with ASM to support traffic and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly tasks to achieve sales and guest goals.
• Assist with inventory control, safety, and shrink reduction.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance.
• Communicate store updates and train on processes during huddles.
• Manage freight processes and end-cap maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and secure store environment.
• Support all other duties as needed.
