At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead (Part-Time) to support store processes and a selling culture by upholding company standards that drive sales. The OL handles opening, closing, training, and task delegation while ensuring safety, ethics, and compliance.

This role requires enthusiasm for lifting, moving in a warehouse-format store, scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends, and a proactive approach to teamwork and guest engagement to help the store operate profitably.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, and front-end processes; maintains store readiness and housekeeping.
• Coordinates with Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing and meet labor standards and customer service goals.
• Plans and assigns daily/weekly zone tasks to achieve sales and guest engagement targets.
• Supports inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and overall store profitability.
• Drives productivity through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Uses daily huddles and interactions to reinforce customer experience topics.
• Manages freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions; processes freight and stocks shelves.
