At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee store operations in a warehouse-style retail environment. The role focuses on opening/closing tasks, staff coordination, and ensuring safety, inventory control, and a positive customer experience to drive sales.

You will train and coach team members, manage daily workflows, and support loss prevention while maintaining brand standards and excellent store conditions. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.

Responsabilités

• Open and manage store opening/closing processes.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic, sales, and customer experience goals.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly workload to meet store and department goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience to drive profitability.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve productivity.
• Facilitate team communication and training during daily huddles.
• Handle freight processes and maintain orderly shelves and displays.
• Perform other duties as needed and be available nights and weekends.
