Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to support store processes and a high-energy selling culture. The role covers opening, closing, training, and task delegation while upholding safety and company standards to drive sales.

The OL works directly with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, meet labor standards, and ensure excellent guest experiences. This position requires physical endurance and a dedication to ethical conduct and compliance.

Qualifications

• Open availability (nights and weekends).
• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear, concise communication in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with Assistant Store Manager to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workload to meet store and sales goals.
• Assist in inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Lead training, coaching, and monitoring to drive productivity and etc.
