The position requires lifting, stocking, and maintaining a safe, orderly warehouse-format store. You will collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, schedule adherence, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team-lift 100 lbs; move merchandise as needed.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; bend, climb, reach; work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle store opening, closing, and front-end processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to support traffic and sales.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload; assign tasks to meet goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and guest experience.
• Train, coach, monitor, and review team performance to drive productivity.
• Communicate via daily huddles to reinforce customer experience topics.
• Participate in freight processes; sort, stock shelves, and maintain order.
• Open availability for nights and weekends; perform any other duties as needed.
