The OL will coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, manage labor standards, and improve guest experience. This is a part-time, on-site position in Lafayette, LA.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate freight, stocking, and end cap maintenance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and delegate tasks.
• Support staffing levels to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Train and coach team members to uphold standards.
• Ensure safety, integrity, and customer experience.
