Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs., and move merchandise around a warehouse-style store.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and to bend, climb, and reach as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and manage Front-End processes with accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workloads and assign tasks.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to keep store profitable.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce customer experience standards.
• Handle freight processes for incoming merchandise and shelf stocking.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.
