Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Porterville, CA. You will lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

You will also manage receiving, inventory accuracy, and partner with leadership to staff, train, and develop associates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and high standards of service.
• Oversee store operations and receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and asset protection.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, interviewing, and training.
