Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Riverside, CA.

You will lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy compliance, protect assets, and oversee comprehensive store operations and receiving processes to deliver exceptional service. You will coach Supervisors, manage staffing, training and succession planning, and partner with District/Regional teams to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail environment.
• Flexible schedule requirement including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth store operations and customer flow at registers.
• Manage overall execution of store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training activities as needed.
