Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of funds and property, asset protection, sales, and record keeping.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Lead the overall receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive results.
• Assist in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
