Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in a large retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations execution and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, transfers, damages, and inventory accuracy with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty; model leadership and drive store results.
