Job summary

Burlington Coat Factory of PR, LLC in Guaynabo, PR is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach cashiers and customer service supervisors, and drive exceptional customer service and professionalism.

You will act as Manager on Duty, guide staffing, training, and succession planning, manage receiving and inventory, and partner with district and regional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards, safekeeping of company funds and property, asset protection, sales and record-keeping procedures.
• Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and smooth customer flow at the registers.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs; lead the receiving process to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and drive store results.
• Support the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.
