Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Puerto Rico to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee receiving and store operations, and model Burlington’s values. You will coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive business results in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel may be required; you’ll enjoy competitive benefits and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a larger retail organization.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs and handle physical store tasks.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet company standards and maintain registers integrity.
• Oversee receiving operations, transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model Burlington core values while driving results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning; coordinate with District/Regional teams.
