Job summary

Burlington Coat Factory is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and drive outstanding customer service. You will role model core values, manage Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors, and oversee receiving teams to protect assets and ensure accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in Off Price/Big Box environment.
• Experience leading Customer Service and Cashier teams and supervising Receiving staff.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer expectations and maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee the receiving SOPs and inventory accuracy in collaboration with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Staff in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning and collaborate with District/Regional teams.
