Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and coach department leaders to achieve key performance indicators.

You will partner with department managers to drive sales, optimize operations, and implement Kroger's safety and service standards while fostering associate growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and share responsibility for store performance.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and coordinating department initiatives.
• Drive sales, manage budgets, and monitor labor costs and safety goals.
• Develop action plans from associate surveys and performance metrics.
• Serve as a liaison with store and district managers to implement merchandising plans.
