Kroger is seeking a results-oriented store operations leader to support daily store activities and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach associates, manage merchandising initiatives, and help ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

In this role, you’ll contribute to achieving sales goals, controlling costs, and fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement across departments.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team in a retail setting.
• Experience handling cash and inventory with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Background in retail sales management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leader and team in delivering great customer experiences.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives across departments.
• Identify opportunities, develop plans, and ensure timely execution.
• Drive sales, reduce shrink, and improve department profitability.
• Support budgeting and financial discussions with store leadership.
• Manage staffing, turnover, and labor costs daily.
• Communicate feedback to leadership and coordinate with teams.
