Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals.
- Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support decisions.
- Strong collaboration across departments and influence to drive store performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
- Lead teams to deliver best-in-class customer service and improve store performance.
- Provide timely feedback to department heads and associates; manage labor and costs daily.
- Drive sales, manage budgets, and optimize each department’s contribution.
- Promote relationships with local community organizations and union reps when applicable.
