Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent experience.
• Store manager/district manager or direct manager approval.
• Retail management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage total store operations in store manager's absence.
• Achieve/exceed weekly, period, & annual sales, wage budgets & profit budgets.
• Drive sales by working with department managers to maximize sales & profits.
• Assist store manager in labor management & cost control on a daily basis.
• Provide timely feedback to department heads & associates.
