Kroger Co. is seeking an organized Store Operations Leader to assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales, labor, and profitability targets.

You will coordinate merchandising, operations, and human resource duties across departments while fostering inclusive leadership and strong community relations. Applicants should demonstrate a history of coaching associates, utilizing KPIs to drive improvements, and leading teams through change in a dynamic retail

• Ability to use KPIs, metrics and data insights to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and influence to drive store performance.
• Proven track record of improving customer experience, sales, and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist store manager and associates to ensure a favorable customer experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate results and action plans to associates based on surveys and feedback.
• Identify opportunities with department heads and implement timely solutions.
• Model inclusive leadership and promote community relations.
• Support labor management and store budgeting discussions.
• Oversee store operations in the manager's absence and drive sales and profitability.
