Qualifications

• Experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent in fast-paced retail.
• Proven ability to use KPIs, metrics, and data insights to guide decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in achieving a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising/operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans from Associate Insight survey results.
• Work with department heads/store associates to identify store opportunities and create action plans.
• Role model high level of customer service and resolve issues.
