Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley seeks a strong Retail Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage payroll, control costs, and uphold brand standards while training staff and acting as key holder. Occasional travel to other GCNA locations may be required.

The role requires 1 year in retail management and customer service, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and English language skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor to meet goals.
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Ensure store is clean and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Train and develop store team members and act as key holder.
• Collaborate with support teams to meet compliance and safety standards.
