Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, manage budgets, and deliver outstanding donor and customer experiences. You will supervise store team members, coordinate payroll, and ensure the store aligns with Goodwill brand standards.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, plus proficiency in MS Office. Some travel to other GCNA locations will be necessary.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor.
• Manage payroll and operating budgets to target.
• Ensure excellent customer service for donors and shoppers.
• Train and develop Store Team Members.
• Travel to other GCNA locations as needed.
