Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations at our Frederick location. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while maintaining store standards and brand integrity.

The role requires prior retail management and customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Retail Management preferred
• One year of customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily retail operations to meet profit, revenue, and productivity goals
• Directs store team and ensures excellent customer service for donors and customers
• Conducts inventories and reconciles daily paperwork
• Maintains store standards, cleanliness, and brand representation
• Mentors and trains team members and enforces company policies and safety rules
