Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team, and drive daily, weekly, and yearly goals. You will manage operations, mentor staff, and ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.

The role requires at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; background checks and English proficiency are required. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management is preferred.
• One-year customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit and revenue.
• Make day-to-day operations decisions within defined work area.
• Conduct new goods inventory and reporting.
• Reconcile and balance daily paperwork.
• Ensure teams deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Mentor and train Team Members to meet company standards.
