Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, drive revenue goals, and ensure superb customer service. The role oversees payroll, inventory, and staff training, while acting as a key holder and backup to the Store Manager.

Travel between GCNA locations may be required. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of retail management and customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Train and develop store team members and act as key holder when needed.
• Monitor inventory, donations processing, and store presentation to reflect Goodwill brand.
