Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead the daily sales floor operations at a GCNA retail store. You will drive performance, staff development, inventory management, and customer service while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

The role requires 1 year of retail management and 1 year of customer service experience, along with proficiency in MS Office. Occasional travel to other GCNA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Able to speak/read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the store sales floor to achieve income, revenue and production goals.
• Monitor product levels and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure store is clean, well-kept and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Travel to other GCNA locations for coverage and training.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate Team Members and leaders.
