You will manage daily operations, coach associates, handle scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while ensuring fast, friendly service and program adherence.

A strong leader with retail or service center experience is preferred and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Retail or service center experience, automotive a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front line associates to ensure productivity and world-class service.
• Respond to customer issues quickly and manage losses/repair damages.
• Oversee work orders, routing of mobile jobs, and timing of transit.
• Train staff on installation techniques and internal platforms.
• Monitor inventory, safety, and overall store appearance.
